Equipment includes: a 40-station door body foaming fixture trolley, driven by a variable frequency motor and reducer; automatic mold opening and closing, automatic mold opening as the guide rail rises, manual pick-and-place workpieces and cleaning trolleys; robot servo adjustment for automatic filling, two foaming machines with dual guns for simultaneous injection, automatic mechanical mold locking, and continuous operation.
